Loyalty, Sir, is of the brain not of the heart of choosing eagles from the chickens. It is using the eyes not the ears, of sighting things in their real light. It is not of the legs but of the hands, in helping a race and lending faith. It shall not be blind – neither fetish, so that with these eagles you shall see the shadows you cast in fullest black stones – unchattered, pure and upright. This, is to my standards, is true loyalty, Sir!
